I've come to realise that one of the times when we're most happy is when we're satisfied with life and all that it has, when we accept the situation for what it is, and make it better, instead of sitting there and complaining, but doing nothing but make the entire situation worse.

during the history script checking, it was so darn friggin hot, and everyone around me was complaining and ranting, blaming the teacher. I thought about it for a while, and just kept quiet. But they just kept going on and on and on about it. While i was trying to concentrate, there they were blabbering away.

I snapped at them and told them that it wasn't the teacher's fault. It was Mr Ng who was absent. And it wasn't Mr Ng's choice to get sick anyway. And the only reason why we were held back was because the cohort was making so much noise. Particullarly because of the heat. And when we had to be held back, they complained even more. Okay, it was particularly one person who was major Complainer, whom i snapped at. But seriously, its chissing. I'll only complain if we were held an extra hour or so. Or maybe more.

And then there's Science with Mr.Loh. I stared at my grades and was pissed like siao. I blamed Mr Loh, i blamed the Text book, i blamed the class. But i didn't blame myself. So i sat there and attempted listening to Mr Loh, behind the chaos of the class. And i could actually understand.

I told my clique about how bad i feel about Mr Loh. About his age, and how the class 'bullies' him. And Amanda.L said that it wasn't our fault that he was that way. It was because He didn't know how to teach. Then I kinda felt, that it was more of We never bothered to try to understand. I mean, Science. Its a pretty hard topic to teach. More of memory work and understanding. And Mr Loh was mostly able to do that. The teacher was there to clarify and elaborate, but less than a quart of the class was listening. I felt sorry for him, really.

Sports day for youthphoria at West Coast Park tomorrow. :D But i doubt i'd be able to run too much, cause i kinda just recovered from my mild flu+sorethoat. Mel and YM and SJ might be going. YAY ME. I miss them all so much. When was the last time i saw Mel lor, srsly. ): Have a family gathering after that. Grandmummy's b'day cum mother's day. :D MARRRRIIISSSAA!
